FIND DRAGONFLY is operated by NOORION GLOBAL INC ("NOORION," "FIND DRAGONFLY," "we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to providing a website and online services that are accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities.
We believe that businesses, sales representatives, dealers, and other visitors should be able to access sales opportunities, create and review profiles, submit inquiries, and use our services with dignity, independence, and substantially equivalent access.
This Accessibility Statement applies to https://findragonfly.com and the online services operated by FIND DRAGONFLY.
Accessibility Standard and Current Status

Despite our efforts, some content or features may not yet be fully accessible. Possible limitations may include:

• content, images, resumes, documents, videos, advertisements, profiles, or listings uploaded by users;

• older content created before current accessibility practices were adopted;

• third-party payment, authentication, mapping, social-media, analytics, advertising, or embedded services that we do not fully control;

• documents or files supplied by third parties; and

• temporary accessibility issues introduced during Website updates or maintenance.

We do not control the accessibility of third-party websites or services linked from the Website. However, we welcome reports of barriers involving third-party features used as part of the FIND DRAGONFLY experience and will make reasonable efforts to identify an alternative or work with the relevant provider when practicable.
User-Generated Content
FIND DRAGONFLY allows businesses, sales representatives, dealers, advertisers, and other users to submit content. We encourage users to provide accessible content, including useful image descriptions, readable documents, clear headings, accurate captions, and descriptive link text.
Because user-generated content is created by independent users, we cannot guarantee that every listing, profile, attachment, image, video, or linked document will be fully accessible. If you encounter inaccessible user-generated content, please contact us so we can make reasonable efforts to assist you or contact the content provider.

Assessment and Ongoing Improvement
We intend to review the Website periodically through a combination of available automated testing, keyboard testing, manual review, and user feedback. Automated tools alone cannot identify every accessibility barrier, so we also consider practical usability and feedback from people using different devices and assistive technologies.
Accessibility improvements may be prioritized based on the severity of a barrier, the importance and frequency of the affected function, available technology, and the time and resources reasonably required to correct it.
