FIND DRAGONFLY is operated by NOORION GLOBAL INC ("NOORION," "FIND DRAGONFLY," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit https://findragonfly.com (the "Website") or use our related services (collectively, the "Services").
Our Services are designed to connect businesses seeking sales representatives or dealers with sales representatives, independent sales professionals, dealers, and other business users seeking opportunities. This Privacy Policy applies when you browse the Website, create an account or profile, post or respond to a sales opportunity, purchase a listing or advertising service, communicate through the Services, or otherwise interact with us.
By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services.

Payment card information is generally collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor, and we generally do not receive or store complete payment card numbers.

  • Marketing preferences: newsletter subscriptions, promotional preferences, and consent records.

  • Social or third-party sign-in information: if you register or sign in through Google or another third-party account, we may receive information authorized by you and the provider, such as your name, email address, profile image, and account identifier.

Please do not place Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, bank account credentials, medical information, or other highly sensitive personal information in a public profile, listing, message, or attachment unless specifically requested through a secure and lawful process.

B. Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • IP address and approximate location derived from the IP address;

  • browser type, device type, operating system, language, and device identifiers;

  • referring and exit pages;

  • pages, listings, and profiles viewed;

  • searches, clicks, interactions, and dates and times of access;

  • cookie identifiers, advertising identifiers, and similar online identifiers; and

  • diagnostic, performance, security, and error information.

We may collect this information through cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, log files, analytics tools, and similar technologies.

C. Information From Other Sources
We may receive information from:

  • authentication, payment, hosting, analytics, communications, fraud-prevention, and other service providers;

  • businesses, sales representatives, dealers, and other users who communicate with or about you through the Services;

  • third-party services that you connect to or authorize; and

  • publicly available business sources, such as company websites, professional directories, and public business records, for purposes such as verifying or supplementing business listings.

2. Public Profiles, Listings, and User Content
The Services are intended to help users discover and contact one another. Information you choose to include in a public business listing, sales opportunity, sales representative or dealer profile, review, or similar area may be visible to other users, visitors, and search engines. Public information may include your name or business name, general location, industry, experience, languages, profile image, opportunity details, compensation information, and any contact information you choose to publish.
Do not publish information that you want to keep private. Even after information is removed from the Website, copies may remain in search-engine caches, screenshots, archives, backups, or records maintained by other users. We are not responsible for how other users use information that you intentionally make public, subject to applicable law.
When you send an application, inquiry, message, resume, or other information to another user or business through the Services, that recipient will receive the information and may handle it under its own privacy practices. FIND DRAGONFLY does not control the independent privacy or employment practices of those recipients.

3. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;

  • create and manage accounts, profiles, listings, subscriptions, and advertising orders;

  • display and distribute public profiles and sales opportunities;

  • enable searches, matching, applications, inquiries, and communications between users;

  • process payments and maintain transaction records;

  • send account, listing, application, security, service, email, or text-message notifications;

  • respond to questions and provide customer support;

  • personalize content and recommend relevant opportunities, profiles, or services;

  • analyze Website use, measure performance, and develop new features;

  • send newsletters or promotional communications in accordance with your preferences and applicable law;

  • detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, spam, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our policies;

  • verify information and protect the rights, safety, and property of users, NOORION, and others;

  • comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests; and

  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We may create aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be linked to you and use or disclose that information for lawful purposes. We will not attempt to re-identify information that we maintain as de-identified, except as permitted by law to test our de-identification processes.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and third parties that provide services to us may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the Website, understand how the Services are used, measure performance, and support analytics or advertising.
You may be able to manage non-essential cookies through a cookie-preference tool on the Website or through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect certain features of the Services.
Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no universally accepted standard for traditional Do Not Track signals, the Website does not currently respond to them. If applicable law requires us to recognize a legally valid universal opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will process that signal as required for the browser or device from which it is sent.
Third-party analytics or advertising providers may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites or online services when you use the Website. Depending on the technology used and applicable law, this activity may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or use for targeted advertising. Where required, we will provide an appropriate method to opt out, such as cookie settings or a "Your Privacy Choices" or "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link.

5. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:

  • Other users and the public: when you publish a profile or listing, respond to an opportunity, send a message, submit an application, or otherwise direct us to share information.

  • Service providers and contractors: companies that provide website hosting, data storage, payment processing, authentication, email or text delivery, customer support, analytics, advertising, security, fraud prevention, and other services on our behalf.

  • Business and integration partners: when necessary to provide a feature or service you request or when you authorize the disclosure.

  • Professional advisers: attorneys, accountants, insurers, auditors, and other advisers when reasonably necessary.

  • Government authorities and legal recipients: when required by law, subpoena, court order, or legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, users, or the public.

  • Parties to a business transaction: in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, subject to appropriate protections.

  • Other parties with your consent or at your direction.

We do not sell personal information for money. We may allow analytics or advertising partners to collect certain online identifiers and activity data as described in Section 4. Under some privacy laws, that activity may be considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising even when no money is exchanged.
We do not share text-message opt-in data or consent records with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose such information to communications providers and other contractors only as needed to provide the messaging service, comply with law, or protect the Services.

6. Communications and Marketing Choices
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link included in the message. You may continue to receive non-promotional communications concerning your account, transactions, listings, applications, security, or our ongoing business relationship.
If you opt in to text messages, message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of recurring text messages by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for assistance or contact us using the information in Section 15. The frequency of messages may vary.

7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain your account, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal, accounting, tax, and reporting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud and abuse, and protect the Services.
Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the length of our relationship with you, whether the information is part of a public listing or transaction, legal requirements, and security needs. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it. Information may remain for a limited period in backups or archives where immediate deletion is not reasonably practicable.

8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for using a strong, unique password, protecting your account credentials, and promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

9. Your Account and Privacy Choices
Depending on available account features, you may review or update certain profile and account information by signing in. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information.
You may control:

  • whether optional profile information is made public;

  • promotional emails and text messages;

  • non-essential cookies, where a cookie-preference tool is available; and

  • browser or device permissions and settings.

Deleting an account may not immediately remove information that must be retained for legal, security, transaction, dispute-resolution, or backup purposes. It also may not remove copies previously shared with other users or made public.

10. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Residents of California and certain other U.S. states may have privacy rights under applicable law. Depending on your state, our practices, and whether the law applies to NOORION, these rights may include the right to:

  • confirm whether we process your personal information;

  • receive a portable copy of certain personal information;

  • correct inaccurate personal information;

  • delete certain personal information;

  • opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, or certain profiling;

  • limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information; and

  • receive equal service and not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.

The categories of personal information we may have collected during the preceding 12 months are described in Section 1. The business and commercial purposes for collecting and using that information are described in Section 3. The categories of recipients to whom we may disclose information are described in Section 5. We do not use sensitive account credentials to infer characteristics about you, and we use them only as reasonably necessary to provide and secure accounts.

We will use verification information only for the verification process. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and identity verification.
Privacy rights are subject to exceptions and limitations. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If applicable law provides a right to appeal our decision, you may submit an appeal by replying to our decision or emailing us with the subject line "Privacy Appeal."
California residents may also request information regarding certain disclosures of personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes under California's "Shine the Light" law. The Services are intended for business and professional users and are not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use account-based features unless we expressly permit otherwise in writing.
We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without legally valid authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us using the information in Section 15.

12. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, job or business opportunities, payment services, or social-media platforms. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy, security, or content practices. Review the privacy policies of third parties before providing information to them.

The Services are operated from the United States and are primarily directed to users in the United States. If you access the Services from another country, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable law.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on the Website and change the "Last Updated" date above. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the Website, your account, or the contact information associated with your account, as required by law.
